Redevelopment
Legal & General (L&G), in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM), are bringing forward the redevelopment of the former Lambeth Hospital site on Landor Road.
We’re proposing changes to the existing planning consent to respond to the latest building safety regulations and make improvements to the scheme’s design.
Delivering more homes
Including a high proportion of affordable homes with a focus on social rent.
Improving public spaces
Making these new spaces greener and more welcoming – including a central green boulevard , new market square and children’s play space.
Taking a new design approach
With buildings that better reflect the character of the local area.
Strengthening the local offer
With new studio spaces for independent health, wellbeing
and lifestyle businesses.

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) are the current owners of the Lambeth Hospital site and will be working alongside Legal & General to deliver the updated proposals.
